In light of conclusive evidence that UNRWA employees participated in the October 7 massacre, that UNRWA employees have served as terrorist operatives, and that UNRWA facilities have been systematically used for terrorist purposes, UNRWA’s activities in Israel were prohibited. All Israeli actions were carried out in accordance with Israeli and international law. Those who would rather make baseless attacks against Israel than act in the best interests of the children of Kafr Aqab are displaying cynicism at its worst.
Far more outrageous is speaking with little regard for the facts: UNRWA has never had any property rights in the facility and occupied it unlawfully. The facility is intended to serve as a school and community center for the Arab children of the Kafr Aqab neighborhood.
