Qatar can cry crocodile tears all it wants. But it still hosts Bank Saderat, a U.S.-designated IRGC financial channel. Its navy has a documented relationship with the IRGC Navy, including joint drills. There are 75,000–110,000 Iranians in Qatar, including a large community of regime-linked business families.
